I haven’t always had the courage to follow the quiet, inner call. But what I have learned is that it doesn't shout: it whispers and begs for your attention until you can no longer ignore it.
For the past 15 years, I've thrived as a corporate marketing executive, building brands and businesses with precision and passion. I led teams, drove strategy, and delivered results in fast paced environments where success was measured in metrics and milestones. It was exhilarating... until it wasn’t.
When the pandemic cracked the world open, it also cracked something open in me. Amid the chaos, I found myself in search of something deeper—something no promotion or marketing achievement could satisfy. That’s when yoga found me.
What began as a way to stay grounded during tumultuous times became a sacred path back to myself. The more I practiced, the more I felt a soft, persistent tug, as if my soul was inviting me to remember something deep rooted and true. That invitation led me across the world to Sri Lanka, where I immersed myself in nature, stillness, and a loving yoga community, earning my 200 hour yoga teacher certification in late 2021.
But that was just the beginning of my journey. Three years later, this passion carried me to Rishikesh, India—the birthplace of yoga—where I completed my 500 hour advanced teacher training. I went to study at the source, not just to deepen my own practice, but to acquire knowledge from a long lineage of sages and yogis direct from the Himalayas, so I could teach people like you real, authentic yoga.
Today, I stand at the intersection of these two worlds—executive leadership and spiritual devotion—merging them into a new way of being and teaching.
