My unique path is one of boardrooms to ashrams, from Manhattan high rises to the banks of the Ganges River. It has taught me that the real work is remembering who you are. And living out your calling? It’s not just brave... it’s revolutionary. It asks you to shed layers, to leap before you're ready, to trust the unseen. It’s the kind of path that won’t always make sense to others, but will feel like truth in your bones. Because when you follow that inner yes, life meets you with a force that’s greater than anything you could have planned.
Most recently, life offered me another divine invitation: a former professor found my yoga journey through Instagram and encouraged me—at the eleventh hour—to apply to Columbia University’s Teachers College. I trusted the nudge, followed the fire, and with grace, I was accepted into the Master’s program in Psychology and Spirituality.
If I’ve learned anything, it’s this: when you honor the quiet call within, the entire universe conspires to walk with you. I am here to walk with others as they remember, release, and rise.
